  1. Soak the cashew with water for 1 hours or overnight. You can skip this step if you are using a high speed blender.
  2. In a blender add all the ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning and you can keep refrigerate for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
